Loan Criteria CF Parkland provides entrepreneurs with loans of up to $150,000 dollars. EDP - The Entrepreneurs with Disabilities Program offers business services to people with disabilities or health conditions in Manitoba. This program is open to anyone with a viable business idea who has a disability or a health condition. Loans are up to $150,000. Youth - loans up to $150,000 to persons in the Community Futures Parkland region who are between the ages of 18 and 29. General - loans up to $150,000 to persons within the Community Futures Parkland region who are over 18 years of age.
